acquisitions and executing both investments and partnerships that drive revenue growth while enhancing customer satisfaction.
My Story
As a corporate ventures and partnerships leader, Mr. Berniker is responsible for leading organizations to identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities that align with strategic goals and vision. He collaborates closely with business unit leaders, fintech partners and external stakeholders to create value propositions, business cases, product requirements and go-to-market strategies for new concepts that solve emerging client needs and disrupt traditional market practices. He has also managed product launches, enabled sales teams and overseen the performance and integration of portfolio companies.
Mr. Berniker’s mission is to leverage his expertise and network in innovation and fintech to accelerate digital transformation and growth. Prior to driving partnerships and strategic investments for Consumer & Regional Banking and consumer payments for Huntington Bancshares Incorporated, Mr. Berniker led partnership teams with J.P. Morgan Payments & Commerce Solutions’ Innovation and Fintech Partnerships organization that advanced the company’s strategic priorities and new product capabilities. Over Jamie’s seven-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase, he held various
leadership roles in both the investment and consumer bank covering strategic partnerships and product management.
